I work with automation and system integration, focusing on building reliable solutions that support complex business processes.
My work combines automation platforms and system integration. I design, implement, and maintain solutions that integrate with other systems via APIs as well as work directly with user interfaces through desktop and browser automation.
In my most recent role, I worked with platforms such as Kofax (Tungsten) RPA, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps to automate repetitive and manual processes across the organization. Alongside development, I had responsibility for ensuring a stable and production-ready automation platform, including environment management, platform upgrades, and continuous improvements to stability and security.
A key part of my work has been establishing shared standards and documentation, including a central SharePoint-based documentation site to support operations, onboarding, and collaboration with business users and process owners. I have also been involved in training developers, performing technical reviews, and contributing to quality assurance of automation solutions.
I have a solid background in system integration and previous professional experience with development. I enjoy working closely with business stakeholders and developers and have extensive experience collaborating in distributed, international teams.

I am part of the System Integration and Automation team, collaborating with colleagues across Copenhagen, Rotterdam, and Istanbul.
My work focuses on building and operating automation solutions that support complex business processes across the organization. I design, implement, and maintain automations using platforms such as Kofax (Tungsten) RPA, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps, integrating both with backend systems via APIs and directly with user interfaces through desktop and browser automation.
A significant part of my role has involved taking responsibility for the automation platform itself. This includes environment setup and maintenance, platform upgrades, security improvements, monitoring, and ensuring stable, production-ready operation. I have also contributed to defining standards, documentation, and best practices to support scalable development and long-term maintainability.
In addition, I have worked closely with process owners and business users to translate requirements into robust automation solutions. I have been involved in onboarding and training developers in international teams, including colleagues in Poland and Turkey, as well as performing technical reviews and contributing to quality assurance.
In the later part of my time at DFDS, I have also been involved in transitioning parts of the automation landscape towards Power Automate as part of a shift in tooling and platform strategy.

I worked primarily as a Salesforce developer on projects for Alm. Brand, focusing on process support and system integration within customer-facing workflows.
My work included developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions for lead management and case handling. This involved improving business user-facing functionality used during initial customer interactions, including meeting booking, automated lead conversion based on business rules, and data validation to ensure high data quality.
I also contributed to the modernization of existing Salesforce solutions as part of a transition to a newer platform experience. This work included updating existing codebases and developing new user interfaces in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
The projects were delivered in an agile setup using SCRUM and SAFe, and I worked closely with both business stakeholders and other developers through all phases of development, from refinement and implementation to testing and delivery.

I worked as a system integration consultant, primarily focusing on integrations between Salesforce and external systems, mainly for international customers such as Unity 3D.

This involved developing and maintaining MuleSoft-based integration solutions and coordinating closely with stakeholders across Denmark, China, and the United States.
In addition, I worked on a long-term initiative to prepare an existing Mule application for production use, including testing, refinement, and enabling real-time synchronization between Salesforce and a local database.

I worked as a system developer on large, long-running projects within the Danish public sector, primarily using C#/.NET, with some components developed in Java.
I was involved in projects for ATP/Udbetaling Danmark, supporting digital self-service solutions for public benefit applications. One key project focused on enabling citizens to apply for public benefits through borger.dk, Denmark’s national self-service portal.
As the primary developer on this project, I was responsible for integrating with external systems, handling data and metadata, processing submitted documents, and ensuring that applications were correctly routed to the relevant units within ATP. This included working with document handling, OCR-based form interpretation, and web service–based integrations to support reliable and secure data exchange.
Due to the sensitive nature of the systems and data involved, I was required to obtain a security clearance from the Danish Military Intelligence Service (FE).
